Integrative clinicians combine various therapeutic techniques to tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals.

By thoughtfully combining therapeutic elements from different schools of theory and research, integrative psychotherapy provides a flexible, inclusive, and holistic approach to treatment. The flexibility of integrative therapy allows for therapy to evolve over time to address your therapy progress, goals, and life changes or events.
