Initially, clients find weekly appointments are most beneficial. However, you can decide with your therapist what is best for you and schedule your sessions to meet your needs and finances. Typically, as clients make treatment progress their sessions will decrease in frequency. There is no commitment for ongoing therapy.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we do require a 48-hour notice. A full session fee will be applied for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance and for missed appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact your therapist directly.
